Another visit to Tulum Restaurant who now present a gastronomic journey, changing every three months, of Turkey and its regions. They are currently focused on the Aegean Region. This is not your ordinary kebab and dips experience but an adventure based on many dishes cooked in Coskun’s (owner and head chef) home, mainly by his mum. We loved that he came to our table to explain the inspiration of the dishes and the memories associated with his family and his country. Loved the passion, the food, flavours and friendly service. We had another fabulous night, thank you, Team Tulum!
