Rather than offering an à la carte menu, the restaurant now presents Taste of Tulum that focuses on the cuisine of a particular region in Turkey, changing every three months. They are currently giving diners an Aegean Region experience. No … this is certainly not a kebab and dips joint but fine dining, Turkish style. Owner and head chef, Coskun is so passionate about his food and country and it shows. We love that he often comes to the table to explain the inspiration and ingredients in the dishes. Service great and all up another fabulous Tulum dining adventure!
