After the rather disastrous demise of the original Stokehouse and three years later the restaurant has re-emerged, after a total rebuild, on the same site. Taking advantage of the bay views, the new Stokehouse is now a very smart and modern 5-star green star building located on the St. Kilda foreshore. We dined in the upstairs restaurant, however, there is also the choice of ‘Pontoon’ which is a more casual offering downstairs also a fish & chip kiosk named ‘Paper Fish’. We loved the entire dining experience and thank Dane for the fun service to match!
