115 Collins Street has been home to a number of restaurants such as Fifteen and more recently Brooks and now Philippe, a French restaurant and wine bar. Philippe Mouchel and the team moved from PM24 to a popup restaurant in St.Kilda Road, Deja Vu, previously home to Cafe Vué and have now settled here in the heart of the CBD. Fortunately his amazing signature dish of chicken rôtissoire still features on the menu, how could it not I ask?
