A hive of industry, in a cavernous like space, pumping out more than 2000 croissants on a daily basis. The Lune Lab is the main feature in the middle of the area where you view the meticulously, hand crafted, delicacies emerge. Fortunately, we visited during the week and didn’t have to join a queue to purchase the most amazing croissants I have eaten. Coffee was great and really friendly staff which always adds to the experience.
