The transformation from Moon under Water to a fine dining Chinese restaurant is quite remarkable! Many old favourites on the menu and then some unexpected additions such as garlic bread and seaweed butter and cos lettuce, school prawns & dried Tasmanian lettuce. All up we enjoyed our selection of dishes also our choice of wine which certainly went well with the cuisine.
