Bright, modern, fabulous views and very impressive food …. each visit has ticked all the boxes for me. On this occasion, we opted for the six course tasting menu and each dish was a taste sensation. My particular favourite was the char sui pork and confit lobster though difficult to choose only one from the asian inspired menu.
