Sails on the Bay is a lovely venue in a fantastic location with a view across the bay from Brighton to Williamstown. Regrettably, the food was, I would describe, average and service, unacceptably slow and at times unprofessional, verging on discourteous. Whilst I understand there are situations that create stress for folk working in hospitality there is no excuse for this conduct. Such a shame really as Sails has so much potential but on this occasion, let down badly in some key areas.
