Definitely a neighbourhood gem .. I am so pleased to have discovered Ro Brighton! A smallish Japanese restaurant that has been around for almost 12 months now and, deservedly so, receiving very favourable reviews. The food is beautifully presented aligned with great flavours. I have now returned on more occasions to try more of Chef Jun’s refined dishes including Mushroom Soboro w/ Vegetables, Potato Salad, Chargrilled Corn, Charcoal Pork & Chicken Skewer Served with a 65 Degree Egg in Tare Sauce for Dipping. Needless to say, all were delicious!
