As I described in a previous post, Ripples is consistent in quality, food-wise, and consistent in their aloof service. Not surprisingly, things remain unchanged! As per usual, we enjoyed all their yum cha dishes except for the baked scallop which was probably the most expensive item and was most unpleasant given it was dry and the taste of flour predominant. Unfortunately, the word stodge comes to mind when describing this piece.
