Thanks to businessman and property developer, John Gandel, Pt. Leo Estate, is spread over 135 hectares, 20 hectares of which are under vines, and located on the south-eastern tip of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. The view, overlooking his personal collection of many amazing sculptures, spans across to Western Port Bay. The estate has been in the Gandel family for more than 25 years including a private vineyard since 2006. The restaurant, under the helm of celebrated chef Phil Wood, is fine dining with a casual vibe, fabulous food, beautifully presented and friendly, knowledgeable staff who seem to really enjoy being there ….. and why wouldn’t you!
