Having previously dined at Pt Leo Estate Restaurant we decided to go next level and visit Laura, their fine dining space. Laura is named after a striking cast iron sculpture created by Jaume Plensa. A bright, modern extension of their restaurant, Laura offers a four, five or six-course menu with optional matching wines. We chose six courses and added two supplementary courses and thoroughly enjoyed the journey of fabulous food and impeccable service! My photos tell the story……
