‘Philippe’ by Paul Bocuse trained Chef, Philippe Mouchel, is a great place to celebrate a special occasion (or any other for that matter) with special friends, as was this visit. The food, as you would expect, is up there as some of the best French offerings you will find in Melbourne. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire dining experience.
