Lucky Chan is a modern, smart restaurant with views onto the Southbank promenade and the Yarra river. We visited for their Sunday lunch yum cha and we enjoyed the food, however, ambience is lacking and the floor staff robotic showing little or no emotion let alone engaging with you as a guest. We found this disappointing for a restaurant of this calibre.
