Blue, white, refreshing and modern fit-out, this Greek restaurant, on Ferguson Street in Williamstown, has something for everyone on their menu. After walking past the hot coals in the open kitchen (yes, they use binchotan charcoal that has been produced for over 300 years in Japan and is nearly 100% carbon) we chose BBQ prawns to follow their amazing taramosalata. Without exception, everyone who looked after us today was lovely, friendly and helpful and that makes a huge difference in any organisation, especially hospitality.
