The latest venture from MAdE Establishment now sees the amazing transformation of Williamstown’s Hobson Bay Hotel into Hellenic Hotel offering ‘authentic Greek in Melbourne’. Under the helm of the talented chef and lovely guy Josh Pelham, Hellenic Hotel, open for only a week, was overflowing with folk eager to savour the Greek experience. The modern, spacious fit out is fabulous and our food and service was great!
