Once a chicken shop and yes, still a chicken shop, however, the new owners have mixed it up a bit with the addition of some Asian offerings. They pride themselves on their bao offering a savoury beef and onion also a sweet version. These are steamed and then fried to produce a crisper base. Roast chicken cooked over hot coals and salads are still on the menu for those less adventurous folk!
