Loved Déjà Vue, a pop-up restaurant without permanency, which is the sad part, closing in just a few days. The food was really good and I would return for the melt in the mouth gougère alone! The good news is Philippe Mouchel is opening a restaurant in the space that recently housed Brooks of Melbourne in the CBD
