Charlie and the team take us on their next dining adventure, this time to Israel and surrounds. We thoroughly enjoyed the journey and his take on the cuisine, inspired by a visit there in recent times. Most of the dishes were in some way touched by the wood fire or grill and who doesn’t love that amazing aroma and flavour? Looking forward to the next stop, Korea!
