Located in the Emporium, Calia is a very smart, modern restaurant with an adjoining retail area. Their Japanese inspired cuisine incorporates great Australian produce on a menu created by Chilean Michelin Star Chef, Francisco Javier Araya. The food was great and the service impeccable. We will certainly be returning to try more dishes on offer!
