A leisurely and delightful lunch at Vex Dining in Westgarth. Only a few months old, Vex Dining is a smart, modern bar | restaurant presenting impressive food from a relatively small menu and an interesting beverage list. Owners, Chefs Florian Ribul & Rory Kennedy, and wine guy/front of house, Owen Probert pride themselves on ‘the best quality, ethically farmed and caught produce possible’ and, according to Florian, ‘slightly left-of-centre flavour profiles.’We loved the fit-out, the food, the service, our wine choice. The locals should consider themselves very fortunate to have this little gem in their hood!
