We have dined at Tataki in Elsternwick on many occasions and loved the cuisine, therefore, a visit to head chef Andy’s new venture, Uosan in Malvern was definitely on the agenda. The restaurant is stylish, the staff friendly and the food delivers refinement and flavour, in fact, the ‘Duck Ni’ was outstanding!
