Soumah, situated at the end of a narrow road in Gruyere, describes itself as a hidden gem and we totally agree! We went along for a glass of wine, or two, and coffee and sat on the deck overlooking the rolling green hills dotted with cattle. It was so peaceful and relaxing we could quite easily have stayed there until darkness descended!
