It was always in the plan to visit La Campagna at Cape Schanck however, unfortunately, it didn’t eventuate prior to its closure. Recently a friend dropped off some lasagne from Sapori di Casa (previous owners of La Campagna) and it was the most amazing I have ever eaten … layer after layer of the most wonderful silky, smooth, thin pasta sheets combined with a superbly flavoured, but not overpowering, sauce. Will definitely visit Sapori di Casa!
