Yet another cheap and cheerful Vietnamese restaurant Phở Hương Việt 3 is located on the Koornang Road strip. I was so happy to find my favourite dish, Bánh Cuốn on their menu as a chef’s special. Thirteen dollars very well spent in my opinion! Clean, modern and friendly service, will be back.
