During the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been interesting to follow Joe Vargetto, head chef and owner of Mister Bianco reinvent his business to accommodate ongoing and tough restrictions. As they are now able to open their restaurant to guests, we were keen to revisit as we enjoyed our last dining experience there. Again we chose their Menu Della Casa that allowed us to share quite a few dishes on their current menu.
