Matilda 159 boasts an impressive, smart, modern fit-out showcasing lots of timber and rustic arrangements behind glass. Areas of the interior are quite dark and moody adding to the ambience. The open kitchen, located as soon as you enter the restaurant, features several areas where the chef’s produce dishes cooked over open flames and hot coals which inspires their ‘journey’. It’s casual fine dining with the associated price tag!
