Former Vue de Monde chef, Clinton McIver and partner Ali Rolim Correa set themselves up in 2013 for a stint in Champions Bistro at Clayton Bowls Club prior to heading off to South America. An unimaginable, almost odd, venue to find a fine dining experience however, that’s exactly what we did, whilst overlooking the bowling green. A fabulous time of amazing food and wine from Clinton, Ali and sommelier Masa.
