As Vietnamese cuisine is a favourite, I visited Blue Ginger, one of the many asian restaurants in Koornang Road, Carnegie. It’s a no frills place and my first impression (they always count) was, why folks, would you not clean the grubby door everyone pushes to enter the restaurant? Friendly service, the mini bánh xeò was grossly overcooked to the point of almost burnt & inedible. The rest of the food was okay, though nothing special. Unfortunately, all up, rather disappointing.
