Having dined at Lau’s Family Kitchen many times over the 15 years they were in St. Kilda it was really disappointing when they closed their doors in 2021. All is not lost though as longtime Lau’s chefs Yip Wu, Tang Au-Yueng, Xing You He and Qiang Wu have re-located their talents plus Lau’s tables, chairs and cutlery to Aberfeldie. Okay .. it’s a lot further to drive however it is definitely worth it to enjoy their refined and flavoursome fare.
