I used to frequent Alasya more than twenty years ago when I lived on that side of town. A return visit revealed visually not a lot has changed since then! The decor seems much the same and expansion to adjoining shops is obvious, however, the main element, their food, is still really, really good. They have been in Sydney Road since 1978 providing diners with fantastic, fresh Turkish fare which says a lot!
