Not quite sure what I expected given the hype surrounding Tim Ho Wan. Sure the food was good but basically no different to any other half decent restaurant offering yum cha. The food arrives almost as soon as your order is placed and the highlight for me was the spring rolls with egg white. Judging by the speed of service and the queue outside the window you definitely feel it’s all about turning over seats as often as possible!
