This place runs like a well-oiled machine to get folk in and out quick smart. Tim Ho Wan (translates roughly to “add good luck” in Cantonese) menu remains unchanged since my first visit quite some time ago and I continue to love their food. The menu is also relatively limited which would help maintain the consistency of their great dishes.
