Another visit to Sincero and it didn’t disappoint! Tried a different risotto this time, scallop & asparagus .. just as beautifully balanced and full of flavour as before. Couldn’t resist ordering the Ovetto Alla Carbonara dessert again .. still an absolute standout. Consistent quality, wonderful presentation, and that same warm, attentive service that makes Sincero such a joy to return to.
