Saigon Hut, in the midst of the Elsternwick Village, has been around for quite some years now. Since it started out, it has seen new owners and I guess kitchen staff also. We have always enjoyed their Vietnamese cuisine with a bit of Thai thrown in to mix up the menu! We enjoyed their weekday lunch special of a small bowl of phở and two rice paper rolls. Fantastic value and tasty food!
