A visit to the renowned Pho Thin, Springvale (also in CBD) to try the Hanoi original, ”Stir-Fries Up” rare beef Phở, their signature dish. We also ordered some prawn spring rolls and they were possibly the best I’ve ever had and their Phở was definitely the best I’ve experienced, healthy, and no MSG. It was so flavoursome and didn’t need additional condiments to enhance the flavour. Delicious!
