A newcomer to the Koornang Road, Carnegie strip, Goût de Sài Gòn is interesting in terms of interior styling. There is an array of nicely framed photographs adorning one wall and our tabletop was fixed to the base of an old pedal-operated Singer sewing machine. Service was attentive and friendly however we felt that perhaps the flavours of Vietnam had been pared back to suit the Western palate.
