Despite the current pandemic, Atlas Dining is continuing their ‘passion for keeping global flavours alive’ offering Atlas Masterclasses. The adventure includes home delivery of an ingredient box, recipes, and an online video from head chef Charlie Carrington detailing how to put the dishes together. The cuisine is changed weekly and this week I enjoyed their French dining experience.
