With the hospitality industry in an unprecedented crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Amaru has changed course for the time being and is offering their dining experience (well almost!) in your home. The dishes are prepared by their chef’s and mine was delivered by Duncan whose role is normally front of house. Thoughtfully packaged, there are concise and easy instructions on how to put the amazing dishes together … all the hard work is done! They have thought of every little detail right down to colour-coded directions, recyclable packaging, and a QR code you can scan to access their online music playlist.
